Scott consistently dealt with us in a polite, patient and friendly manner. His flexibility to meet with us during times that fit our schedule was appreciated and he never let a voicemail go un-returned. Communication was always prompt and efficient.
At times, finding a home that fit our needs seemed daunting. Scott was especially patient when we found a home that met all of our needs, with the exception of 'no place to put the Christmas tree', and he persevered until we could find the perfect fit. At one point in the process, he advised us that a home that we that was just ok, may not be the right fit. This was a bold move by a realtor. In the end we were so thankful that he helped us avoid settling, and allowed us to feel comfortable enough to communicate our needs, which resulted in us purchasing the home that we wanted in the neighbourhood we requested.
